What you do with us:
– As part of a cross-country team, you'll drive mobile and desktop app design for SIXT alongside other designers, product managers, and software developers – You'll always be on the lookout for ways to improve the customer experience and develop solutions to improve user engagement – You'll analyze user feedback, website metrics, and usability results, to tailor your designs to customers' needs and best solve their problems – You take care of information architecture and user flow, and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders based on wireframes and interactive prototypes – You design pixel-perfect user interfaces and streamline the handover process to the development team
What you bring to the table:
– You have several years of professional experience as a digital product designer (m/f/d) with in-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices – You have the ability to understand user needs based on research and data analysis and are proficient in user research methods and practices – You are an excellent communicator and can pitch your ideas to other designers, You are an expert at creating interactive experiences using common design and prototyping software (Sketch, Figma, InVision, Abstract, etc).) – You'll have an excellent portfolio of work that demonstrates your mastery of creating user-centered design solutions
