These are already visible when the visitor comes from the parking lot. In front of the three characteristic buildings josef, nivard and isidor and in the inner courtyard, old hedges were removed and trees and flowers were planted. the square in front of the church has been completely redesigned.
At present, another part of the front garden, which until now was hardly visible due to numerous plantings, is being redesigned. Here, an idyllic resting place is being created especially for guests of the agidius house. the house agidius, which dates back to 1958, was completely rebuilt. Nine apartments have been created from the previous three apartments, with the attic and one apartment already rented out on a permanent basis. the remaining residential units are not only available to golfing guests. "the apartments, which range in size from 50 to 75 square meters and can accommodate up to four people, also have a sofa bed and are fully furnished, including a kitchenette, and can therefore also be used as vacation apartments.", says rudi weigand. completion is scheduled for the end of april 2019.
At the same time, the courtyard in front of the agidius house is being redesigned with lots of greenery and some parking spaces. "the next construction measure planned in the already existing buildings adjacent to the dressing rooms is an event room for around 200 people for company and private use", says weigand. After that, further overnight accommodations are to be created through various conversions. In the last two years, the restaurant and the entrance area have been completely redesigned, refurbished and expanded. In addition to the guest room with around 70 seats, a winter garden with around 60 seats and a large, currently partially covered terrace with another 100 seats were built. The terrace is still completely covered and provided with sun and wind protection, so that it can be fully used even in bad weather", weigand looks to the near future.
From the winter garden and the terrace, an absolute eye-catcher, the visitor has a special view of nature in complete tranquility. the "rindhof – restaurant and cafe" locality invites visitors of all kinds. Above the restaurant, the former storage room for straw, grain and hay was converted into 400 square meters of new, spacious changing rooms and showers with a special ambience for golfers. At the rindhof, a complete ensemble is to be created for day guests, for family celebrations (birthdays, weddings, christenings) with overnight accommodation and for golf enthusiasts, who can practice their sport on one or more days on a spacious, well-kept course in a quiet environment. the entire ensemble also includes a church, unique in all of germany. She is available free of charge for private celebrations such as weddings or christenings.
